Online bookings that land in ServiceM8
TapBook takes bookings from your website, your Google listing and the calls you can't get to, and each one becomes a scheduled work order in ServiceM8 with its client. How you run jobs in ServiceM8 doesn't change.

TapBook takes the bookings. ServiceM8 runs the jobs.
ServiceM8 runs your jobs, quotes and invoices. TapBook is the front of house before it: the booking page customers use, the texts that confirm and remind, and the assistant that answers when you're on the tools.
TapBook finds the client in ServiceM8 by email, then by mobile, and adds them if they're new. The job goes to the staff member the booking is with, or the person you choose. Nobody types a booking in twice.
Connecting takes one Full Access API key from ServiceM8's settings, pasted on Settings. Send it to us instead and we'll connect it for you.
How it works
Step 1
The customer books
From your website, your Google listing, or the link the assistant texts after a missed call. They pick a real time, or ask for a quote.
Step 2
TapBook confirms and reminds
The customer hears straight away by email, and by text on Premium. Reminders go out before the visit on their own.
Step 3
ServiceM8 gets a work order
A work order is scheduled at the booking's time, with the right staff member. Quote requests and call-backs come in as quotes.
