Why doesn't a moved booking move in Workshop Software?

Workshop Software doesn't let other apps change a request once it's sent. TapBook's log on Settings says what moved and to when, so you can change it there. Read the Workshop Software guide.

What happens to bookings made before I connect?

They stay in TapBook. Only new bookings go to Workshop Software.

Do phone assistant bookings go to Workshop Software too?

Yes. Every booking and request goes the same way, wherever it came from: the booking page, Google, your website, the phone assistant or your team.
